CHALLENGE:
 Since 1896, Volunteers of America has supported and empowered America’s most vulnerable groups. Deep compassion combined with highly effective programs. But an organization of such size and scope can often struggle when it comes to defining their core messaging and achieving consistent visual impact.

SOLUTION:
 Partnered with brand strategists to execute their key messaging points for their Brand Essence and Brand Expression via a 70 page 3-part Brand Identity Guide. Transcending the usual logo formats and typographic standards, the guide included a collateral system that featured customizable templates. Now, affiliates in all 46 offices can produce their own trifold brochures, mastheads and business papers. Presented the work at their annual conference where hundreds of the organization’s management and staff could understand the value of a consistent-yet-still-modular branding program. Volunteers of America has grown in every conceivable way: greater awareness, greater community support, more funds raised, more volunteers and more individuals served.
