CHALLENGE: OSSCube was an under-the-radar “technology company” that needed to re-position itself. There was an opportunity to demystify its mastery of open source technologies and show prospects how their demonstrated technological proficiency could be leveraged for significant competitive advantage.
PROJECT SCOPE: The branding objective was to present the company as a comprehensive business solutions provider, enabling clients bottom-line solutions that afforded both greater efficiency and greater scalability. But to increase understanding of the company’s real value, the more technical aspects of their value propositions needed to take a backseat. The opportunity required a focus on the more human elements of the brand – personality & leadership confidence – as well as a simplified, organized presentation of their prospects’ key benefits.
SOLUTION: Revenues quintupled, bringing them to 4.5MM, with OSSCube being named to Inc.’s 5000 Fastest Growing Companies list. All of this was supported by a collaboration that included everything from preliminary discovery to a new brand identity, and marketing services ranging from a mobile compatible website with A/B Testing, integrated advertising to more traditional marketing collateral, including trade show displays, a high-level capabilities brochure and a series of one-sheets.
