CHALLENGE: All the online communication tools were being supplied under multiple websites/brands providing confusion to the users. Some of the websites had outdated content and multiple visual brands were being used.

PROJECT SCOPE: Review user feedback on existing online resources through surveys and analytics. Review content on each website, book and manual to decide on what content to keep, combine and what is no longer relevant. Create a content strategy and information architecture for one website to include all relevant content and tools under a unified, umbrella approach. Create a visual identity strategy for current and future tools in digital and print channels.

SOLUTION: Provided a phased approach to the roll-out of tools, beginning with those most often utilized and a heightened emphasis on user analytics to guide future decision-making. Developed a Resource Navigator and Tools by Subject guide to assist different kinds of users in locating the right information. Utilized existing visual assets and created new assets through a combination of sketching and illustration art direction. Updated the user experience within the quiz portal and results. Reorganized the Bite Sized video courses by subject. Developed a member sign in feature to allow for tracking analytics and provide access to members to review specific data and tips.
Created a training workshop manual that included a 3-ring binder and worksheet templates that were easily customized for each specific training course.
